AMSI is so smart that they report abused my blog and tried to bring down the same !
I was looking to order furniture from this interesting online furniture store and called their customer care ( Girish , Mobile Number 9353412641 ) where the person on the other side was very rude in the very first conversation when I started asking him questions as to how to trust the online only store since he said I have to make 100% payment ! When I requested if I can do a 50% now and 50% after delivery he said he cannot do it and told me if I am interested I can order if not do not waste his time ! He was crude rude !
I seriously wonder who gave him this job to handle customers ! Their products and sales/support staff has zero correlation/class !
I was still fine to mmake 100% payment since their products were quite good but still googled ! Thats when I started reading online reviews and came across online review website TRUSTVOCATE - AMSI one can easily find this review website on google ! Further reading the reviews came to know the following :
- Service sucks big time
- No customer support / No escalation teams
- ONE and only name Girish was mentioned on all the reviews
- lot of people said they even take upto 4 months to deliver the product in bits and pieces
- They take 100% money and you are stuck for life and cannot do much since this is online only store
- Looks like they even blackmail people to remove reviews from online for them to refund their money

DeleteExtremely be careful while dealing with Girish and he’s highly manipulative and has nothing but lies all over ! We had really tough time after we had placed our order and as usual he cancelling it and took few weeks to get our refund ! I am seriously surprised how this company is still surviving ! Girish and ppl behind this company should be booked and punished !

DeleteTotally agree with you..…they need to be taken to the consumer forum & penalised…they take months and months to deliver & when they do the order us incomplete or damaged…they even threaten customers…unbelievable!

ReplyDeleteThere are multiple horror stories out there on the web about Amsi Atelier pls. review them before ordering. These guys are big-time cheaters as they take orders and post that take you through nightmare ride where there will be no line of sight for the deliveries and they will keep skipping on their promises and you will get tired of followups. I ordered on 2nd March and the delivery was promised to be in the first week of April and every time there was a new excuse and finally, the order got delivered on 21 April. But Wait it turned out to be incomplete. Finally, the call was taken to cancel on 27th April after many follow-ups and till 21st May I am still waiting for the refund.
Absolutely there is no transparency in the process and their customer service sucks big time.
Pls. BEWARE of Amsi atelier as I am going to file a criminal offence case against them.

ReplyDeleteMost Unprofessional company, rude customer service, only one point of contact Mr Girish, they ask for 100% payment and than don't send invoice until you follow up again n again, no updates on delivery, if you will call for delivery status he says I'll call u back and never calls, than later when u call he raises his voice and don't have basic decency of talking to a woman also, than he gives false updates on delivery dates and linger on for months, at last I cancelled the order asking for full refund, than had to follow up for refund which they don't pay back completely, so for 3 months I was in total stress for delivery uodate and than refund. Had worst experience with Amsi Atelier.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like they are running the company just to cheat people, the customer who shouts on them will get partial order deliver and they will keep giving you excuses for a long time till the customer gets tired and just thinks that the money is gone in waste.
I have ordered 5 tables worth 54k from them and till now only 2 are delivered, I have just filed a cyber crime police complaint against them.
We can report them in multiple ways to save other people in future.

3. Report their Instagram Page.
I have even sent somebody in banglore to check their address, which was found to be fake.

ReplyDeleteI had a very bad experience of ordering dining table set from Amsi. The pricing and offers are so attractive and I fell for pretty pics on Instagram and their website. At the time of order Girish will insist on full payment and after that the painful journey started. I kept on following for 3 months for delivery, but that didn't happen. After that I cancelled and was promised full refund for which I followed up almost every day. I got my refund after 6 months from order date.
ReplyDeletePls don't get lured by pics and pricing. It's a scam. Girish is a conman. He will not give anyone else's number and there is no showroom or warehouse. It is one big Instagram fraud. I have reported it as scam so many times on Instagram but Meta is happy earning advertising revenue and is not bothered of such scams and people who suffer because of this.

ReplyDeleteI don't know how I missed reading this blog.. AMSI - Fraud and SCAM company should be taken down.. They are cheating their customers and using money. They think no one can file a complaint or act against them. But if so many complaints come together.. its a clear case under section 420 of Indian Penal code.

Dear Girish / AMSI/ Asia project fraudster team, Good Morning! I am sure this post will reach you somehow. My name is Rachit Mehrotra. Unfortunately, I placed the order with AMSI/ Asia project on 21st December. Delivery was supposed to be done in 21 days, those 21 days never came, on 16th March I cancelled the order our of frustration and on 28th march after lot of hassle and verbal arguments with Girish (or whatever his name is) I got my refund. During this time I got assurances of callback, product will be delivered tomorrow/ day after tomorrow etc. etc. and etc. None happened.
ReplyDeleteMy recommendation, don't ever fall in the trap of these looser. Never pay 100% advance, never ever believe in their assurances and there is no outcome of writing Emails on the given Email addresses.
Finally, Mr. Girsh/AMSI/ ASIA projects/ whatever this fraud is, I completely understand if you don't have funds to fulfill orders or to run your houses. Start begging instead of cheating customers. Anyhow, thank you very much for at least returning my money. Rot in hell & have a very bad life.
